Return Policy

Any claim for alleged shortages and/or defects or damage or unwanted to products received by Buyer must be reported with pictures by Buyer in writing within 24 hours of receiving the products. After such 24 hour period, Buyer shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products as is, if not previously accepted. After such acceptance, Buyer shall not have any right to reject the products for any reason or revoke acceptance. Buyer hereby agrees that the 24 hour period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation.

Standard Cut Materials:
If the item has been cut to a standard size, we will issue your refund, minus a 24% restocking fee.

  1. Approval is contingent on your returning all items purchased at within 10 days of the original delivery in an unused and re-sellable condition.
  2. In the event the product is defective or the return is a result of our error will pay shipping.
  3. If the item is returned for any other reasons, you as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs along with shipping the items so that they are returned to us damage-free.
  4. If the item is damaged during shipping by the shipping company, it’s your responsibility to contact the shipper to claim the loss. Please be aware and request the delivery staff to make a note on their record or written proof for you if the package is damaged.
  5. Customer Service at will not accept returned merchandise without Pre-Authorization by phone or email. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item in proper condition and inspection of our Returns Dept.
  6. Once the item is authorized to be returned back to, we’ll issue your refund, minus a 24% restocking fee after we receive the undamaged, resalable condition item within 10 days.

Custom Cut Materials:
1. does not accept returns on custom cut materials. Once an item is cut, the sale is considered final and the item is non-returnable.

2. will only accept return on items that were processed incorrectly. On the rare occasion this situation should occur, customers may return these items to and replacement items will be shipped immediately.
