Stainless steel does not stain, corrode, or rust as easily as regular carbon steel and offers an aesthetic appeal with antibacterial properties. Our stainless steel sheets provide an extra level of detail and aesthetic appeal.
Stainless steel sheets all differ in thickness and durability. Our sheets are thinner, usually 0.6mm or less. The most popular gauge is 24GA and can be used for virtually all applications. The higher the gauge, the thinner the material.
To prevent damage and scratches in handling and delivery, our quilted stainless steel sheets come with a PVC film on one side for temporary surface protection. We recommend installing the metal first and then peeling the PVC film.
Our 430 stainless steel sheets are a popular and cost-effective form of stainless steel, providing outstanding corrosion-resistance and excellent workability despite its durability. They are great for industrial settings and marine environments. Our 430 stainless steel sheets are magnetic and have a chrome finish, which means that they are very shiny (mirror-like).

Frequently Asked Questions
We can custom cut sizes to your specifications. Besides that you can use a circular saw, tin snips, power shears, or you can send them to get plasma cut. Other options include waterjets, band-saw, or laser cutting but can be expensive.
We recommend using cobalt-steel drill bits. Use a variable speed drill and drill with a slow speed and high pressure on the drill.
For walls, make sure that the surface that you want to adhere the stainless steel to is completely clean and dry. Use adhesive that can be used with stainless steel. For corners, use inside or outside corners for a clean look and divider bars to join seams. For extra security, screw the sheets into the wall.
Type 430 is a ferritic stainless steel with corrosion resistance approaching that of 304/304L stainless steel. This grade is used in a variety of interior and exterior cosmetic applications where corrosion resistance is more important than strength. Type 430 has poor weldability compared to most stainless steels due to the higher carbon content and lack of stabilizing elements for this grade, which requires post weld heat treatment to restore the corrosion resistance and ductility. 430 stainless steel typically costs less than 304 and is a great, more affordable option for kitchen applications.
Stainless steel sheets need to be cleaned for aesthetic reasons and to preserve corrosion resistance. You can easily clean stainless steel in many ways. First we recommend using warm water with or without a gentle detergent. If the stain needs more attention, use a mild non-scratching household cleaners with bristle brushes, sponges, or clean cloths. For more aggressive cleaning, add a small amount of vinegar to the cleaning fluid and don’t forget to always follow cleaning with rinsing in clean hot water.
We recommend avoiding ordinary carbon steel brushes or steel wool as they may leave particles embedded on the surface which can lead to rusting. When trying out new cleaning products, make sure they are safe for stainless steel surfaces and test it on a corner.
